Connecticut: Best Fall Events

Fall has fallen in Connecticut. Everyone thinks about the things they want to do during the summertime. Fall should be no different. Here are the best events for fall.

Norwalk, Connecticut

I always look forward to the Norwalk Boat Show every year. Last year I took you all on a tour with me. This year it will be held from Thursday September 19th – Sunday September 22nd.

Expect motorboats and sailboats from boat-builders worldwide. Get to step in yachts and experience the “good life.” Also expect a lot of great food options and activities for kids.

Come for the Norwalk Oyster Festival. This year it will be held from Friday September 6th – Sunday September 8th.

Stamford, Connecticut

The first ever Honey Harvest Festival will take place in Stamford, Connecticut on Saturday September 14th. It will be presented by the Bartlett Arboretum & Gardens. Tour the pollinator gardens and beehives. Live music will be playing. Expect crafts and activities for kids.

Come back to the Bartlett Arboretum & Gardens between Monday October 14th and Monday October 21st. Experience self-guided tours of the fall foliage. New England is known as a go-to place to experience the start of the fall season. This is the best place to see the transition for yourself.

Bridgeport, Connecticut

I talk a lot about Interior Design on this blog. Head over to the 2019 Fall Connecticut Better Home Show taking place in Bridgeport, Connecticut. You can also pre-register for the show. The show runs Saturday September 21st and Sunday September 22nd.

Don’t forget about all the other awesome things Fall has in store for New England. Apple cider doughnuts anyone?
